The wallet links directly to the Solflare app. Users can manage their hot wallet and cold wallet in the same place. Solflare says this creates a clear and smooth experience. A PIN or biometric check is needed before every action. The wallet also comes with a twenty five year warranty.

According to Solflare, the Shield comes in three main styles. The Unique lets buyers add art, an NFT, or any safe design. It costs $59 during preorder and includes free shipping.
The next design, Signature line offers limited designs from artists in the Solana community. Each Signature Shield is $59 with free shipping. The Origin is the least costly option. It is a plain matte black wallet focused on security, costing $49.
