American Express is going a step further in the travel memories sector by launching its brand-new NFT passport feature. Imagine collecting digital passport stamps for every trip, just like the old ones, but on the blockchain.
The company introduced the NFT passport through its Amex Passport tool, letting Card Members celebrate trips and preserve memories.
A Smarter Way to Travel
Alongside the NFT passport, Amex launched the Travel App™, a one-stop tool for easier trip planning. A recent Amex survey revealed that 81% of travellers wish they had a single app to inspire, plan, and book their trips. The app solves that problem by bringing everything into one place.

You can personalize each stamp with trip highlights like a favorite meal or must-see attraction. You also have the option of sending them to friends through text messages. In a survey conducted by Amex, 73% of travellers desire more means of keeping their trip experiences in a digital form. Over 50% of travellers miss the sensation of receiving a physical passport stamp.
