May has been a busy month for Sui so far. And it doesn’t stop here! After Sui Basecamp in Dubai on the 1st and 2nd of May, new updates keep coming in. $SUI is also a top 10 token measured by market cap, if you don’t count stablecoins. Recently, we also saw various integrations with Solana wallets.
So, here’s an update on how Sui Network integrates into Solana wallets and more.
Sui Network Integrates with the Backpack Exchange and Wallet on Solana
Sui Network is now completely integrated into Backpack. To clarify, Backpack is a two-in-one solution. Besides a wallet, it’s also an exchange. Backpack is a very early Solana supporter. With Sui Network, they are now onboarding and integrating a new project.

Sui Network Is Now Fully Integrated on the Phantom Wallet
The Sui Network integration on the Phantom Wallet is now complete. Sui is out of the Beta testing on Phantom. Yesterday, Phantom rolled out the Sui Network to everyone on Phantom. Phantom is one of the biggest crypto wallets with 15 million users. This means, for example, that you can now,
- Swap tokens between Sui, Ethereum, Base, and Solana.
- Access your favorite Sui Network apps.
- Buy $SUI from right inside your wallet.

Sui is now the 7th network available on Phantom. You could already use,
- Ethereum
- Base
- Polygon
- Bitcoin
- Monad testnet
- And of course, Solana.

So, the Sui Network is in good company. If you don’t see the Sui Network on your Phantom, you can enable it in your settings. Go to settings and look under ‘Active Networks’. However, Phantom users in the UK won’t have access to the Sui Network.
Sui Ecosystem Is Now Supported on Binance Alpha
Binance Alpha is a platform within Binance Wallet. According to Binance,
It highlights new and early-stage crypto projects that may have potential for growth.
So, plenty of Sui ecosystem projects fit this description. By adding the Sui ecosystem to Binance Alpha, a new batch of Binance Alpha Projects are now live. This means that you can trade them in the Binance Wallet on the Sui chain. However, only Limit Orders are available for now.

Active traders on the Sui chain can expect exclusive Sui ecosystem asset airdrops. However, only transactions made in Binance Wallet or Binance Alpha are eligible. Keep following the Binance X account for regular updates. To take part, follow these steps,
- Update your Binance App to the latest version.
- Navigate to Binance or Binance Wallet — [Markets] — [Alpha] tab — [SUI] tab to purchase.
For many tokens, this can be a stepping stone to a later Binance listing. Cetus Protocol is at the spearhead of this and is one of the new Binance Alpha Projects.

More Sui Network Updates
For any Sui Network updates from Sui Basecamp, check this article. However, there are some more interesting stats to share from Sui.
- According to DeFiLlama, Sui moved up to 8th rank for TVL. TVL on Sui is now $2.1 billion. It recently surpassed Avalanche. Arbitrum is the next target. Among non-EVM chains, Sui is now third, after Bitcoin and Solana.
- Stablecoins on Sui reached a new ATH with $919 million. Stablecoin supply on Sui has grown 2.5x since January. Circle launching native $USDC on Sui was a key factor in this.

Since Jan, stablecoin supply on Sui has grown 2.5x, nearing $1B.

- Slush Wallet is the newest version of the Sui Wallet. It combines Sui Wallet with Stashed into one product. It allows for Web2 onboarding options with Google or Facebook. The best part is that there’s no more need for seed phrases.
Conclusion
After Sui Basecamp, the Sui Network kept feeding us with plenty of news updates. We saw the Sui Network now integrating with two Solana wallets, Phantom and Backpack. Furthermore, Ledger also added support for $SUI. The Sui Wallet goes now under the name of Slush Wallet. It combines Sui Wallet and Stashed. Binance Alpha now added Sui ecosystem tokens to its program.
The current $SUI price is $3.92 with a $13 billion market cap. There’s a 10 billion max and total supply and 3.3 billion tokens currently circulate.
